Today my uncle came down from South Carolina on an engineering mission, and we met up for dinner. We went to a place called ESPN zone, and I must say, that is one of the coolest restraunts that I have ever been to. We were seated at recliners that had a little trey in front of what could only be called a movie screen sized TV surrounded by 12 smaller (but still really big) TVs. All of them were playing various sports stuff. IT WAS SO COOL!!! Also, what I ordered (the chicken alvocado wrap) was also excellent and it only cost ten bucks. Thanks a lot Unkle Kurt.

The other night I was sitting on a bench in a large field talking on the phone here at Georgia Tech. Then, without warning, a black stick rose out of the ground about 8 inches and proceeded to spray me with an amount of water that would make a shower envious. Of course I did the only logical thing to do in the situation and screamed like a girl and ran away. What an awesome night.

So in the end Georgia Tech lost. We picked a horrible night to have bad shooting, and Connecticut was absolutly on fire. I am sure that no one could have beat UConn the way that they played tonight. As much as it hurts to say, UConn deserved that championship. Georgia Tech had an amazing season and an amazing run. Jarrett, Ish, Luke, Will, B.J, Marvin, Anthony, Theodis, and the rest of the team I will not soon forget about, and they have made themselves a place in Georgia Tech's history. Thanks for the great season guys.

When I filled out my bracket, I knew that Georgia Tech was good, and I knew that they could beat anyone on the right night, and I loved the team, so I put them going all the way to the national championship game. Despite all my feelings that I had about my team, this was mainly wishful thinking. But on Saturday, Georgia Tech defeated Oklahoma State in a brilliant final four matchup and became the champions of the left side of the 65 team bracket. I am extremely pleased with this, and I can not wait for the finals against UConn on Monday. I figure at most four teams go to the cool national finals games every year, and we are one of them. GO JACKETS!!!!

I have watched every single game this year that I could (i.e. it was on TV), and I have been to all the home games after Christmas except for Duke. I feel this connection with the team, and seeing them make it this far just makes me so happy. Anyway, I sure hope we win the final four. And I don't see why we wouldn't, my bracket perfectly predicted the final four and it has us as the national champions. No matter what happens though, I am incredibly proud of the team.

In other news, I have SDGed a bunch more songs and gotten two black flags.
In the meantime I have gotten sick of the arcade in general because everything in it appears to be broken. I ate a whole ton today. I am not even sure how many times I went to the dining hall. Oh well, eating is one of the best parts of life. Tonight I rode the bus and read and tried to mail a letter before realizing that not only did I not have any stamps, but I couldn't buy any either. Riding the bus is relaxing though. It seems that it can get through the whole route in just 20 minutes (i timed it) GO BUS!!! In addition to all this, now I read the times because I get it for free. The funny part is, no one reads this thing. So if you happen to read it, and you read this sentence go ahead and comment so I know that it isn't just me here.
I was really tired after getting out of my Chem test today, so I was debating as to whether i should go to my MSE class or not. I decided that I should even though I am often inclined to fall asleep in the class. Anyway, I was listening to the professor and time seemed to slow down, everything got heavy, I told myself that I could make it through, but when I looked at the clock I saw that only 5 minutes had passed in the class. The next thing I know there are only 5 people in the class and my roommate (who is not in my class), is asking what I was doing. I look at my watch and it is 10 minutes past the time when my class gets out. Apparently, it took a lot to get me up. My roommate informs me that people thought that I wasn't breathing. Anyway, that was quite the embarrasing situation, and I have learned my lesson. I will never go to MSE lecture when I am exhausted.
